CJ Pruzinsky is the President of Old Republic Cyber and a nearly 20-year veteran of the insurance industry. Over the course of his career, he has held senior underwriting and leadership roles across major carriers like AIG and Beazley, as well as Resilience, an Insurtech/Cyber MGA. CJ has played a central role in building and scaling insurance businesses, leading national and global underwriting teams, and driving strategic growth initiatives. His experience spans capacity and reinsurance partnerships, cross-functional team leadership, and portfolio management, with a consistent focus on growing profitably and strengthening businesses.

Kevin McGowan is the Executive Vice President & Chief Underwriting Officer of Old Republic Cyber. Kevin came to Old Republic at the beginning of 2025 alongside CJ Pruzinsky to build out Old Republic Cyber, Old Republic’s newest operating company. Kevin has over 15 years of Cyber & Tech E&O experience, including having served as Chief Underwriting Officer at Resilience, and leading & managing Beazley’s US large risk portfolio and serving on their US Cyber & Tech Leadership Team. Kevin is based in Chicago and graduated from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University (Ohio) with a B.S., Finance.

Killian Brady joined Old Republic Cyber as Chief Operating Officer in March 2025. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer, Global Insurance Operations, and Chief Underwriting Officer at Resilience. Brady previously held underwriting roles at AIG, Beazley, and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty. Brady holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Communications Studies from the University of Michigan.

Sam Lisi joined Old Republic Cyber as Head of Product in February 2025. He was previously the Global Director of Insurance Product at Resilience. Prior to Resilience, Lisi held insurance product development and management roles at Beazley. Lisi is an attorney specialized in intellectual property and information governance, having received both JD and LLM degrees from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Christine Flammer is the Chief Claims Officer at Old Republic Cyber, where she leads the strategic oversight of all claims operations. With a career in cyber insurance claims dating back to 2009, Christine brings a seasoned perspective to an ever-changing threat landscape, informed by more than a decade of frontline experience handling regulatory investigations, class actions, and high-value business interruption losses.

Christine began her cyber claims career at AIG and spent over a decade at AXA XL, where she played a key role in scaling the claims team and developing processes to respond to the growing sophistication of threat actors and evolving litigation trends. Her in-depth knowledge of the cyber risk ecosystem enables her to offer meaningful guidance to insureds, brokers, and underwriting partners navigating the intersection of law, technology, and insurance.

Christine earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York.
