What do you find most rewarding about your role?
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is being part of a team that values collaboration and curiosity. From day one (and even going back to my first interviews with leadership), I was told I’d have a voice and a seat at the table, and that promise has absolutely held true. I’m surrounded by colleagues who actively listen, challenge ideas thoughtfully, and create space for meaningful contributions. It’s energizing to work in an environment where learning is constant and where I feel motivated to bring my best every day—not just for my own growth, but to help our team succeed together.
One thing on your bucket list?
I want to visit more national parks (Glacier, Yosemite, and Yellowstone are high on my list) to explore, hike and be surrounded by nature.
